The next morning I had an email from CM, a sales associate, letting me know that he thought I had a vehicle that would interest me. Because we would be coming from so far away, much of the discussions had to take place over the phone, email and text- and let me tell you, CM was professional and attentive before I even met him. We decided to take a chance and make the trip to test drive the car. From the time we arrived at Jackson Acura we felt welcomed, never rushed, never pressured, and well taken care of. Again, as most discussion/negotiations had taken place prior to our arrival at the dealership, all that was really left to do was test drive the car and decide whether to finance in-house or through my lender (which again, was never pushed either way). Signing the paperwork couldn’t have been any easier- all of our options were clearly explained and presented to us, and Joey made sure to Bob walked us through the features of our new vehicle (well, as many as he could- there are so many and he is so knowledgable... I don’t think that he could have shown us all of them if we had stayed for the whole weekend!) CM and Bob - and the whole Jackson team- deserve a visit if you are in the market for a new or used Acura! More

Even though it was right after the Christmas holidays, they had a good selection of CPO MDXs. The salesman we bought our 2007 CPO MDX from in 2010, Chege Maina (“CM”), was still there and he helped us find a beautiful 2016 CPO MDX, with low mileage and the Advanced Tech Package we wanted. It looked brand new! We traded in our 2007 MDX for a great trade-in price and drove home in our almost-new MDX. CM was extremely patient with all of our questions and the entire experience was very easy!! Over the past 9 years of dealing with Jackson Acura, we have always had a great experience with their Sales and Service. They are truly a top-notch dealership who cares about making and keeping their customers happy and coming back!!! More

2019 MDX Purchase Today we purchased our first new car in 25 years! We went to Jackson Acura yesterday afternoon to look at what they had on the lot. After telling our salesman, Chege Maina (“CM”), what we were looking for, he led us to the perfect car! He suggested we drive an RDX to see the difference between it and the MDX, to make sure we made the best purchase for us. We appreciated this suggestion because he was more concerned with what we wanted than selling us the most expensive car on the lot. We went back this morning to complete the purchase. We negotiated a great deal on a beautiful car. The process was smooth and without any hitches. CM went over the basics of our new car. He told us to come back in a few days with any questions or needs we might have and he will go over everything with us. With the many features this car has, CM said he will spend whatever time we need until we feel comfortable with all the bells and whistles. One other thing, in 2010 we purchased a 2007 Certified Pre-Owned MDX from CM. We really appreciate the fact that Jackson Acura has salesmen who have been there for many years with whom you can develop a working relationship. It’s nice to come in 9 years after our last purchase from CM and he’s still there!! More
