I have leased cars for many years but I decided to purchase a new Highlander Hybrid Limited on this go around. I had even visited a few local Toyota dealerships and Empire Toyota of Huntington was simply the best choice. I’d like to highlight the staff who were the basis of making this dealership such a pleasure. Chelsie Aragon was my salesperson. She was knowledgeable, well spoken and attentive to my needs. From making my deal to driving off in my new car, she was completely hands on. She even helped me move the things from my old car into the new one. I have a young child, there are a lot of things! After taking delivery just yesterday, she has already reached out to let me know she is available if I have any questions or need anything at all. Chelsie, thank you for everything!!!!! I am sure you will have great success in this industry. The whole management team made an impression as well which was honestly unexpected and made for an even better experience. Larry Velasquez in finance was both professional and relatable, I have never had a good time in a finance office before. He did an amazing job getting me the best rate possible which is no easy task these days. Javier Munoz the General Sales Manager, worked with Chelsie when I first came in to discuss a possible deal; again, professional and enjoyable. Sham Carty one of the sales managers, contacted me the day prior to my delivery to assure me that my new Highlander was being prepped for my pickup the following day. Blake Heller the preowned manager, gave me a fair value for the car I had previously leased to purchase for his inventory. Nothing agreed to changed when my new car arrived, which had been my experience at other dealerships. Finally, Mark Feuer the GM of the dealership, congratulated me on my new Highlander as I was about to leave. Even if he didn’t do that I would have been impressed by him as hands down, he leads the best car dealership staff I have ever dealt with in my 25+ years of car leasing/buying. Thank you Empire Toyota of Huntington. I will for sure recommend you to everyone who is looking for a car. More
