John was great an super friendly. I was not sure on the model car I wanted John took me to test drive the 2019 Yaris and at that point I knew that was the car for me. Then I met Dan Roberts who worked super hard to get me approved for the car I now had my heart set on with in a few days he called me to tell me "Great News Your approved". Dan and John made the whole process go smooth and timely and I drove away in my 2019 Yaris... If I ever buy another vehicle again I will be at Toyota. Thank you again for all your hard work .
