John was great an super friendly. I was not sure on the model car I wanted John took me to test drive the 2019 Yaris and at that point I knew that was the car for me. Then I met Dan Roberts who worked super hard to get me approved for the car I now had my heart set on with in a few days he called me to tell me "Great News Your approved". Dan and John made the whole process go smooth and timely and I drove away in my 2019 Yaris... If I ever buy another vehicle again I will be at Toyota. Thank you again for all your hard work . My 3rd Toyota Rav Lease I reached out to Toyota of Wallingford via internet to question the March lease specials for the 2019 Rav 4 as my lease was expiring on my 2016 Rav 4 I reached out to Toyota of Wallingford via internet to question the March lease specials for the 2019 Rav 4 as my lease was expiring on my 2016 Rav 4 in April. My 2013 and 2016 Rav leases were both through another dealer not far from this one. After repeated calls/text to my prior salesman with either no response or responses that appeared to me to be short and uninterested in my questions/concerns and situation I decided to seek other options wotj other dealerships. Because I have previously leased 2 other Ravs and like the vehicle I decided to visit Toyota of Wallingford in person on a nice Saturday afternoon. When I walked in it was extremely busy . I was immediately welcomed by the sales manager who sat with me, listened to my questions /concerns/ situation and was engaged the entire time even though there was lots of activity everywhere. He proceeded to go over all my options with me. He was very open friendly and personable as I found the entire staff to be. As soon as Fred became available to assist me he sat in the vehicle with me and explained in detail all the changes the 2019 Rav brought. He went through the entire car with me , showing every feature and how to use them. He accompanied me on a test drive and was extremely polite , professional and knowledgeable during oir drive. In conclusion , I was extremely Impressed with everyone I encountered during my time at this location. It was a warm and welcoming business which made me comfortable in a most times intimidating situation. The finance manager was clear and concise and addressed all my concerns promptly. The process, which I’ve been through twice already in my previous lease purchases , I felt was streamlined and time efficient which I appreciate. I went into Toyota that day unsure if I was going to stay with this brand or try another. I’m happy I decided on Rav #3 and this Toyota Dealership. I look forward to seeing Fred and others who helped me in the future. Thank you all , I love my new Rav :) More

My New Purchase - Same Great Salesperson 12 years ago I purchased a Certified Pre-owned Toyota Camry from Eric Levine at Toyota of Wallingford. The car remained reliable and had been service 12 years ago I purchased a Certified Pre-owned Toyota Camry from Eric Levine at Toyota of Wallingford. The car remained reliable and had been serviced there through great people like Bob Olson. A few days ago the car had issues where the repairs were worth as much as the car. The car was 14 years old with 317,000 miles. Mike Cote, the Used Car Manager, spoke to me when I called the dealership to find out if Eric Levine was still working there. He connected me to Eric who told me I could use my old car as a trade in for another car. I needed the new car right away. I spoke with Cheryl McKenna when Eric was helping another customer as she explained the inventory that was available. Eric provided excellent service by letting me know of one of the best cars that had just been brought in.. I came in to test drive the cars available. Eric was supportive but not pushy. He helped me evaluate each car I tested to determine which car was best for me. He guided me through the paperwork process. Billy Dechello in Finance was also very helpful in guiding me through the financial and motor vehicle paperwork. He explained to me all of the details in a brief but thorough manner. Then he explained that the dealership not only wanted me to be happy with my new Pre-owned Toyota Camry but they wanted it to be safe. They provided the car with front and rear brakes, new wipers, new engine and air filters, new light bulbs and 4 brand new tires. They also washed and waxed the car. Wow, that is the Wow that really counts. They had many labor hours and parts that they replaced at their cost for my safety. I have gone to other dealerships to purchase another Toyota Camry for a relative and they do not even compare. Eric even called me a day after I picked up the car to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I hope he is still there when I want to bring in my husband's Toyota Camry as a trade in for another Pre-owned Camry a few years from now. I would wholeheartedly endorse Toyota of Wallingford and their exceptional staff any day over the other dealerships in the area. I could not be more pleased. More
