Dealerships are, at least for me are very uncomfortable experiences. This was my first time in Tom Gill Chevrolet in Florence, Ky and I must say their staff immediately make you feel welcome and comfortabl experiences. All the staff I had interacted with were very friendly, helpful people but the shining star during my time there was Cheyenne. She is very professional and goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and understand every step of your purchasing process. Her bubbly personality and professionalism makes you feel confident about the process and the company. Well done to all the team at this establishment.
