My BMW overheated as I sat in line waiting for my food order to be brought to my car at 4:30pm. When I left the restaurant, the temperature needle was straight up (right where it s/b). As I turned out of order to be brought to my car at 4:30pm. When I left the restaurant, the temperature needle was straight up (right where it s/b). As I turned out of the parking lot, the needle moved quickly to the hot side, and the red LED glowed. Luckily I was able to turn right into a gas station 50 yards away, turn off the engine, and open the hood. I left it there until 10:30am the next morning and had it towed to my friendly BMW dealer where they replaced a broken overflow tank, thermostat, antifreeze, and radiator cap. In addition they completed work on two factory recalls: driver air bag inflator, and passenger air bag module. My car is in good shape again. More

Tech support I have been impressed over the years with the support from Chris Clem in service. Chris Buie is a walking encyclopedia for BMW information. he is great when needing help figuring out what is going on with the car and patient with inane questions! I have bought three vehicles from Brett and would buy a fourth when the time arrives. He always makes you feel that the arrangements you are working are the most important to him. and we have a relationship that allows me to question the relative value of the vehicle under consideration. The waiting and show rooms have been greatly improved in the last 6 months. Easy and comfortable surroundings I don’t mind waiting a few hours for my car repairs.
