First, I want to say that the service rep was excellent so any issue I had had nothing to do with him. My BMW started having problems 6 months earlier with thousands of dollars in repairs. Last the engine so any issue I had had nothing to do with him. My BMW started having problems 6 months earlier with thousands of dollars in repairs. Last the engine gave out with only 148000 miles so the car had to be scrapped as a new engine would have cost 3x the value of the car. Something is very wrong here but I’m not sure who to blame. This was my third BMW and the experience was great with the other two. I will not buy another. More
