Very good on wait time for sevice ,haven’t had any problems out my recall but I did ask if you autohaus bmw could reset my computer cause my brake light was on & can use my onboard computer in car & problems out my recall but I did ask if you autohaus bmw could reset my computer cause my brake light was on & can use my onboard computer in car & nobody even looked at it ,never got done never said anything about it so it would of been a five star but not saying anything about my problem was very unsatisfactory &light is still on !! I called Ethan to schedule service to investigate noise while driving. My tires were nearing the end of their service life and he suspected tire wear as the culprit. When I arrived, he confirmed our suspicions and booked me a loaner. He also determined that several maintenance items were near due, so he he scheduled those items and eliminated the need for a separate visit. While there, Renard LaSane, my salesperson of record (3 Seven series) updated me on current offerings. Chris Buie as usual, checked see if I had any iDrive challenges More
