Horrible Experience Cauing Physical Illness I sustained an asthma attack due to poor mechanical service. The manager refused to make it right. After receiving two recall letters, I had taken m I sustained an asthma attack due to poor mechanical service. The manager refused to make it right. After receiving two recall letters, I had taken my car to BMW Autohause for a blower motor rewire recall in April of 2019. I experienced something dragging my battery down afterwards. One service guy admitted that the mechanics had crossed up the wiring causing serveral fuses to blow out. The following month, I received another recall letter for a blower motor pcv valve replacement. I had additional work done replacing the radiator, some hoses and they had to recharge the battery. (note I had to tow the vehicle to the shop because it wouldn't start up. Upon receiving my car back, after 4th of July holiday; I hadn't made it off the lot before I tried the air conditoning and the blower would not work. The service guy and manager wittnessed it. (I suffer from asthmas & am soley dependant on air). The service manager suggested that I spend more money to determine the cause and purchase additional work. I had an attack upon leaving because no resolution was made. I find it appalling, due to the fact the manufactuerer was aware of the blower motor defencencies and the manager would not stand behind the direlect work performed by his mechanics. I feel he should have made it right. This has been the worse experience I've ever encountered at the BMW autohaus location. More

Passive Aggressive + Glorified Trailer Car Lot All was well until we realized we missed dealing with some cosmetic details we wanted to address. Don't expect anything above or beyond the bare minim All was well until we realized we missed dealing with some cosmetic details we wanted to address. Don't expect anything above or beyond the bare minimum (or, in some areas for them to even rise to the minimum). When they're done negotiating with you, they'll let you know. Expect them to get mouthy, pissy and behave as though they are doing you BIG favors by a) "losing money" on the deal; b) wasting their time dealing with you; and c) treating you as if expecting them to behave as though you're spending "real money" is audacious. And, we'd like to know why the BMW branded front plate they installed looked like it had been pulled from a wrecked car. Marred, scratched, and dented. Really? The window tinting promised (part of the "deal" that cost them "real money") did not meet our expectations at all--the same window tinting job they threatened to keep our $500 deposit for if we didn't agree to take the car. By the time we left (after traveling 250 miles to get there TWICE), we were both so angry with the staff (with the EXCEPTION of Mr. Chris Buie), that we were sorry we spent a dime with this dealership. We're now the owners of an expensive car that to bring to standard, will cost us another $1,000. Bottom line, these guys were half-jingling jerks. Good riddance. As for Mr. Chris Buie (a member of the service department who teaches about the car's bells and whistles), I simply can't say enough about his courteousness, professionalism, patience, and expertise. The rest of the staff would do well to ask him to teach them how to treat people who make their salaries possible. More

My First BMW My experience with this dealership was sublime. From the moment I walked in the door I was assisted. I asked for Todd Cherry, the receptionist asked me if I knew what he looked like, when I said no, she waited for him to arrive even though she was on her way to lunch. From there I was introduced to Joe Bauer he was very personable and professional. Chris Buie showed me lots of options on my new x4 and he was very knowledgeable and patient. Steve Emerson walked me through the deal with detailed explanation and I was on the road in less than 2 hours. These gentleman set the standard for ultimate customer service and professionalism. Autohaus has a wholesome group of individuals who worked together to efficiently to assist me with my purchase successfully. I thank them!! More

My primary reason for coming in was a teleservice notice for warranty service. I als brought to Ethan’s attention that my auto retailer had pointed out multiple defects in my wheels that were unrelated to wear and rear. My Service Advisor, Ethan Krysiak, Sales Advisor Renard LaSane & my BMW Genuis, Chris Buie examined the wheels and agreed that they did not meet the quality standards appropriate for the sale. After consultation with management, they agreed to refinish all four wheels less a discounted payment for recent curb rash damage. This dealership values its customers and the staff team is committed to advocate on their behalf.
