From there I was introduced to Joe Bauer he was very personable and professional. Chris Buie showed me lots of options on my new x4 and he was very knowledgeable and patient. Steve Emerson walked me through the deal with detailed explanation and I was on the road in less than 2 hours. These gentleman set the standard for ultimate customer service and professionalism. I als brought to Ethan’s attention that my auto retailer had pointed out multiple defects in my wheels that were unrelated to wear and rear. My Service Advisor, Ethan Krysiak, Sales Advisor Renard LaSane & my BMW Genuis, Chris Buie examined the wheels and agreed that they did not meet the quality standards appropriate for the sale. After consultation with management, they agreed to refinish all four wheels less a discounted payment for recent curb rash damage. What a fun experience that was learning all these new tricks that this car can do. BMW sure does know how to make a car exciting. Afterwards ironically enough the car had a low tire light pop on. Without missing a beat Chris walked me over to Ethan in the service department. Going from Chris to Ethan and truly feeling in good hands was quite satisfying. He did me the courtesy of looking over all 4 of my tires personally to verify that there was no leak and in fact had just lost 2 pounds of air pressure. Who knew these sensors were so on point! He got me aired back up and reset my light in a flash and I was on my way. You guys rock. More

I had many questions and he patiently walked me through each and every detail of the car. He offered to assist me at any time with any questions I have in the future. He couldn't be nicer or more helpful. Chris used to work in the service area and I came in numerous times with nails in my tires. It happened so often, that he recognized me and seemed genuinely concerned for me when I'd appear once again with tire problems. I can't say enough about Chris. More

We have just purchased and took delivery of our second car.
