I met with Mr. Chris Buie, a BMW Genius, today for that review of the technology. Mr. Buie was professional, patient (I am not much into technology) and friendly. I had a list of questions about the technology, which he answered completely and succinctly, and the he walked through some other parts of the available technology on the car. I left with a much better understanding of the technology and and awareness of when I might want to use the various types of technology. In short, I left the meeting with Mr. Buie much better prepared to fully and safely enjoy my new BMW. More

Com box replacement I had the communications box on my 2011 328xi replaced under warranty. The process was quick and easy and Autohaus provided me with a loaner. The next day the communications system wouldn't pair with my iPhone. I went back and Chris Buie showed me how to fix the problem in literally 2 minutes. My iPhone needed to be "cleaned" up. Our buying experience, thanks to Eric, was wonderful. Genius, Chris Buie masterfully explained the many layers of BMW technology. His guidance through the various topics- navigation, music, etc. was clear and easy to follow. He answered questions in a relaxed manner, and invited us to make any additional appointments needed for questions that might come up in the future.
