I had many questions and he patiently walked me through each and every detail of the car. He offered to assist me at any time with any questions I have in the future. He couldn't be nicer or more helpful. Chris used to work in the service area and I came in numerous times with nails in my tires. It happened so often, that he recognized me and seemed genuinely concerned for me when I'd appear once again with tire problems. I can't say enough about Chris. More

We have just purchased and took delivery of our second car. I also had good dealings with Chris Johnson regarding this same transaction. Further, I have had much better experiences with their service department than their dealership, having had 90% of the service on my 325i done there. Linda Schaefer is my preferred service rep. I chanced upon Chris Johnson as a sales person, and could not be more pleased with his extremely professional and courteous manner.and length he went to make the deal happen, and include my wife in each step. I had previously had Linda Schaefer as a service rep for the previous car which was purchased elsewhere, and again could not be more pleased. Finally, what can one say regarding the Oracle of BMW....Chris Buie who worked with my wife with such clarity and patience...Oh..did I say I am pleased??!!! More
