They know there stuff and don’t play games. They were straight shooters and that, I like! The place was slammed when I went to the dealership but once Jacob from sales approached everything seemed comfor straight shooters and that, I like! They weren’t pushy or aggressive and made buying my limited edition 2022 ram easy. I will also say that they said that they would have time to show me all the features of my truck once it came back from detail and fuel, but that never happened. After finance, that was it. Not even a walk out the door. Left me to figure it all out basically. Not mad just a little disappointed. I do realize it was late but I feel that was just lazy. When I came back 2 days later to buy aftermarket tires I spoke with Chris and he nailed it! Gave me the exact tire I was looking for and made an appointment for the following morning. That morning when I pulled in the service center, it seemed everyone was ignoring me. Vehicles were being helped in front of, behind me. After about 30 minutes Marcus was able to come out and handle everything. He was very apologetic and explained everything and was extremely professional. I left my truck and later that day, picked it up. Overall 3 out of 5. Great staff, just that time of the year where it’s busy from start to finish. More
