I called to get some information on my car key being replaced and spoke to a service advisor who said just swing by we will take a look. When I came in I spoke to Victor in parts who confirmed the key w replaced and spoke to a service advisor who said just swing by we will take a look. When I came in I spoke to Victor in parts who confirmed the key would need to he replaced. Victor then sent me over to Chris in service to schedule an appointment to have the key programmed. I received a call from Victor when the key came in and was able to get my appointment time moved up. When I came in for the ser ice appointment I was greeted promptly with a warm smile before I could even shut the car off. I said who my set ice advisor and again before I was ready to exit the car Chris was at my window. Talk about fast service. Chris took me to his office went over everything, and I went to the waiting area for what seemed like 10 minutes and boom here Chris was saying I am all set. Such an awesome experience, professionalism and kindness I was shown by both Victor and Chris. Truly assests to this dealership. More
