I had the absolute BEST car buying experience with Chris. He is highly communicative, professional with his attentiveness to your needs/wants, and is genuine in his approach to helping you. I will also say he WORKED to get me the best deal possible on both the vehicle and on the financing option through the dealer, which I ultimately went with over my own credit union. After a horrible experience across town AND putting a deposit down with someone else, I walked away from them, and went back to Suburban Imports of Farmington Hills solely because of Chris. I will be telling anyone I know to go to him - he is amazing! More

As a customer, I was picky and always wanted to be on the priority and Chris handled me really well. He made sure to get back to me whenever I had questions. When he was unavailable, he connected me with someone else who can handle my questions. He totally understood that every customer and their needs are different and once he knew my demands, his personalized recommendations were the best.
