Efficient, easy going & friendly. My husband & I travelled from the East Coast to view a SRX Cadillac on 4/10/2019 we arrived at the 5pm rush hour & still manage to take a nice test dr My husband & I travelled from the East Coast to view a SRX Cadillac on 4/10/2019 we arrived at the 5pm rush hour & still manage to take a nice test drive, with Chris who had changed his work shift so he could accommodate us when we arrived. We received a great offer on our trade in, making the final deal something we could not turn down. Chris was great answering all our questions & explaining everything as he went along. All paperwork was completed & the car was fuelled up, plates changed, new tag, & we were ready to travel home by 7pm. Would recommend Chris, he is pleasant, friendly, easy to speak with, listens to any concern you may have & willing to sort out any problems that may occur. (We had a small hitch but this will be resolved very soon). More

He answered all my questions regarding the Sport Hybrid model and helped me see that it would more than satisfy my needs. He and John Pearson pulled out all the stops to locate the color combination I wanted, which initially was not available in their current inventory. But they made it happen!! And I drove out with exactly what I was looking for! By the way...I LOVE Acura's "pull forward" program, which allowed me to return my 2017 MDX lease early and step into a 2019. Another satisfied (and repeat) customer for Chris!! More
