Customer Service was efficient, friendly and concise. 2. The vehicle sold to me was in excellent condition. 3. The vehicle was fairly priced although there is no opportunity to negotiate based on the structure of the business. 4. We had a small disagreement on the value of the trade-in vehicle but we worked through to a compromise. 5. I will consider doing business with Vernon Auto Group again in the future. More

I went into look at vehicle thinking I was just going to look. I liked it and asked about if they still would give same deal and he already had the deal on paper that we agreed upon. I ended up buying it that morning. My husband and I both were very impressed with the honesty. Steve was very friendly and helpful also, making sure car was detailed and ready as soon as possible. Will definitly check with Vernon Auto any time I'm looking for a vehicle. More

Went in to find a good used truck. Had already worked a deal on a truck when I was informed that a newer vehicle had just arrived.
