Hi Kirasherman, we can assure you that we do not find this type of behavior acceptable. We understand the severity of this pandemic and we are doing our best to keep our Customers and employees safe. We will continue to reiterate on the importance of wearing a mask. As for diagnosing a vehicle, each diagnosis is different and we do ask to keep the car for a few hours.
