Dear Kimberly Anne Tilson, We are sorry to hear you broke down on the freeway, but glad you are safe. You purchased your vehicle from us on December 24th, 2019. The vehicle had been in your possession for almost two months when you contacted us and said your vehicle had broken down on the freeway. Out of courtesy and convenience, since you live in Leavenworth, we referred you to a Hyundai Dealership in Topeka, which is closer to you for service. They discovered you had a missing oil plug. You then contacted us and demanded that we pay for the bill. Although it is unfortunate, we cannot share the responsibility in this situation that is not caused by us, being that it happened almost two (2) months later after the fact. We pride ourselves on great customer service and will always continue to honor our customers’ needs and services.

It was 5 weeks. You are the only ones that serviced the vehicle. It was due to your faulty service that the oil plug came out. You stated that the oil plug would have come out after 200 miles and 1) that makes it sound as if you have had this issue before 2) I have spoken with numerous dealership mechanics that disagree with you. If you take pride why do you remove negative comments from your webpage and your Facebook page. After looking at reviews external to your site I see that you have a bad reputation or not taking care of customers after the sale. I have discussed the oil plug problem with people from numerous parts stores, multiple dealerships, and other I know and the common response I get was “ the problem is that you purchased from Jeremey Franklin” these comes TS range from Kansas City to Lawrence and Topeka. I even contacted the financing bank and they couldn’t believe that you would not stand behind you error.
