The service department has always done an amazing job when working on my Tahoe. I get my oil changed there regularly. They have performed minor as well as major work on my vehicle through the years. I've brought a vehicle in multiple times over the last three years it is a vehicle that is kept up it's kept on a repeater it is started every day and every time I come there they either break something e three years it is a vehicle that is kept up it's kept on a repeater it is started every day and every time I come there they either break something else or I have to repair more stuff every time I come I have always repaired everything you asked me to repair Recently I brought it in to have a module stating the airbag need to be replaced and they informed me I had over $5000 worth of things that needed to be done they saw the car had not been driven probably more than 60 miles just unbelievable I don't understand it's just unbelievable so I had the car picked up it is now being repaired with a warranty. One year I replaced the air blower for the air condition one year and one day later it was completely broken they would not cover it incidentals like this the vehicle is a hummer H2 our family has multiple platinum Cadillacs I have A 2017 platinum I have a 2022 platinum and just sold a 2019 on the waitlist for a new one I wouldn't treat a person that's been a client of Cadillac that way it's impossible for the same car to be broken down with all these errors and all these things that have happened it just is not possible, meaning it's kept in the garage it's maintained and I just don't see how all these things went bad it's impossible really the cars only been driven X amount of times but started frequently and on a repeater. More
