The only problem my wife had was she was not greeted by the gentleman that we were assigned to. This is the first time we have had this happen. At the end of the visit she had to say “thank you” to him fir the gentleman that we were assigned to. This is the first time we have had this happen. At the end of the visit she had to say “thank you” to him first as she was leaving. ***I paid for services that were needed but I was there for an oil change appointment.*** We appreciated his help, but he should have greeted her first before asking what she is there for.
