Rear sun shade motor was replaced after waiting 6 weeks on back order. Got car home opened trunk, and the fuse panel cover not installed. Spare tire not installed just lying loose in trunk. Battery cover on back order. Got car home opened trunk, and the fuse panel cover not installed. Spare tire not installed just lying loose in trunk. Battery cover not installed both battery posts exposed—dangerous. I just reinstalled my self. Mike Harley and Chris Gray are great. Issue seems to be lack of care in technician area More

Satisfied Customer!! The only problem my wife had was she was not greeted by the gentleman that we were assigned to. This is the first time we have had this happen. At the end of the visit she had to say “thank you” to him fir the gentleman that we were assigned to. This is the first time we have had this happen. At the end of the visit she had to say “thank you” to him first as she was leaving. ***I paid for services that were needed but I was there for an oil change appointment.*** We appreciated his help, but he should have greeted her first before asking what she is there for. More
