The service department is organized for efficiency. The service representatives are stationed in advantageous locations to make customer and vehicle reception easy, fluid, and quick. The vehicle retrieval experience was smooth, from invoice payment to delivery. I found customer service lacking in the area of follow-up on voicemail messages. In particular, I left Mr. Howard Bush a voicemail requesting a callback - the callback never happened. Why have a message system if you're not going to respond to messages left? More

Replaced thermostat at a cost of $1250. Price seemed excessive. Talked to two independent garages and both said their price would have been around $700. In addition three days after work was performed car ran hot and I was stranded on side of Interstate highway. Car returned to Bradshaw and they said one of the seals they installed was defective causing me to lose water/antifreeze and engine to overheat. Hope it is fixed now and I don’t have re-occurance. More
