I dropped my car off at 8:20 am. Car was ready around 9:30. A message was left on my house answering machine. I called the dealership number that was in a business card I got off the Car was ready around 9:30. A message was left on my house answering machine. I called the dealership number that was in a business card I got off the desk and no one answered. Called another number and was told that everyone was busy with customers and they took a message and I would get a call back. Waited about an hour and no call back. Went to the dealership and was told that he left a message on my answering machine. I was not home waiting on a call from him to pick me my car. I was 5 to 10 minutes from the dealership. He was supposed to call my cell phone not my house phone. When I questioned him he said Well That’s The Number That I Had. I didn’t get my car until 1:00 pm. No apology. It sat out front for over 3 hours while I waited on a phone call. The last time I had my car serviced I got a call on my cell not my house phone. More
