I used the Service Center at Landers Toyota for my oil change on my used car I purchased through them. I used online scheduling and chose to wait in the service center lobby. The service department is very efficient and communication was exceptional. I was there for maybe an hour at the most. They also checked my car for any maintenance or potential problems which I appreciate.I am very happy with the results of my visit. More

I brought my Toyota Prius in for a "Brake" and "ABS" light. You ran diagnostics and told me I needed to replace the Master Cylinder and Booster at a cost of $3100.00. Bottom line - all it needed was s light. You ran diagnostics and told me I needed to replace the Master Cylinder and Booster at a cost of $3100.00. Bottom line - all it needed was some brake fluid added. This was my granddaughter's car with Colorado tags on it. I used to own it, but gave it to my granddaughter. When I owned it, you were pretty honest with me. But with Colorado tags on it, I think you were being quite so honest. Not sure why the technician didn't see that it was a little low on brake fluid. I no longer consider you a reputable dealer. I can't really blame the Service Advisor, so am giving him a middle of the road rating. I do blame the technician. I opted to look elsewhere and the "Brake" and "ABS" lights went out after adding some brake fluid. Saved myself $3100.00. Have driven the car for 2 weeks since adding brake fluid - still no "Brake" or "ABS" light. More
