I brought my Toyota Prius in for a "Brake" and "ABS" light. You ran diagnostics and told me I needed to replace the Master Cylinder and Booster at a cost of $3100.00. Bottom line - all it needed was s light. You ran diagnostics and told me I needed to replace the Master Cylinder and Booster at a cost of $3100.00. Bottom line - all it needed was some brake fluid added. This was my granddaughter's car with Colorado tags on it. I used to own it, but gave it to my granddaughter. When I owned it, you were pretty honest with me. But with Colorado tags on it, I think you were being quite so honest. Not sure why the technician didn't see that it was a little low on brake fluid. I no longer consider you a reputable dealer. I can't really blame the Service Advisor, so am giving him a middle of the road rating. I do blame the technician. I opted to look elsewhere and the "Brake" and "ABS" lights went out after adding some brake fluid. Saved myself $3100.00. Have driven the car for 2 weeks since adding brake fluid - still no "Brake" or "ABS" light. More

I usually receive very good treatment at Landers. The Service Advisors are polite, upbeat and fairly knowledgeable. Waiting area is pleasant enough and coffee and, sometimes, depending on hour, donuts are nice. I recently had an “idiot light” that should have gone out. I left the dealership and light returned! I turned around and returned. I was told that the light stayed on because my battery was defective. I went back to the battery place to have it rechecked. As it was a 3-yr warranty, they replaced it. Landers did NOT attempt to sell me a new battery, but simply told me the amount. I knew I had warranty so I opted out. The staff at this dealership is about always, helpful, professional and “sunny!” More

Overcharged. attendant said little to nothing because it'd be so easy and the attended the check me out at $90 lower to 70 after I complained I will go to other d attendant said little to nothing because it'd be so easy and the attended the check me out at $90 lower to 70 after I complained I will go to other dealership and feel like they're from now on. They also did a tire rotation which is free because I bought the tires there but I think they charged me for that time. More

I truly believe I've been overcharged. One attendant told me that my missing part would be installed for free because it'd be so fast another said be very little but then I was charged $90 One attendant told me that my missing part would be installed for free because it'd be so fast another said be very little but then I was charged $90.00. when I told the attendant that was too high he lowered it to 70. I also had a tire rotation I think they included the time for that. More

We had some major mechanical issues within just a few days after purchase. Landers Service had our vehicle for 34 days after we had barely had it. A very frustrating experience but Xochi made it so much days after purchase. Landers Service had our vehicle for 34 days after we had barely had it. A very frustrating experience but Xochi made it so much better. He was very involved and we honestly probably involved him more than we should have but he never once made us feel like a burden. He was very empathetic and went to bat for us as much as possible. He made a rough situation more bearable. In the end, Landers took care of us but without Xochi as our salesman, I’m not sure we would’ve seen it through. Thank you, Xochi. I hope Landers knows what they have in you. More
