I ended up coming back a few times and each time he spent a lot of time with me explaining and never did I feel pressured. The only thing I would change is the fact that every time I was ready to leave “the manager” would have to be involved and he would try to get a deal done. I understand that’s his job but it was the only awkward part of the process. More

Bill Wackerlin did an excellent job helping us decide on the options & color for the vehicle. Bill managed to get the exact vehicle we wanted within a very short time. Bill Wackerlin & Marty Epstien worked with us and were very helpful and patient as we worked through the sale & monthly lease payment. Bill also did a great job handling the lease turn-in of our existing vehicle. Chris Krueger was very efficient - he got us in and out very quick regarding the new vehicle's leasing paperwork. The process of taking delivery on the new vehicle went very smooth and we are happy overall with the way we were treated and the level of expertise exhibited by each member of the Hawk Team. More
