Absolutely brutal service experience filled with lies. My 4th car through this dealership and received Zero customer service. Our car was at service for 3 months! It took 5 weeks before the problem was diagnosed and then an additional item revealed when it was time to pick it up. We endured having to get a m rental and being down a car for the first 2.5 weeks before we could even get a loaner. Promise after promise was broken. It was next to impossible to get a call back or a call when someone said they would call. After 2mos the admin still needed to ask which of our cars was there and what for and that they would have to call back because there were no notes in the system. Zero communication or courtesy what so ever. After 4 cars here I will never be back nor recommend this dealership or quite possibly Jeep/Dodge in general. Absolutely brutal More
