My experience in dealing with Chris Reddy at Gates GMC/Nissan was a very good experience. I stopped in to look for a used midsize truck and at that initial visit they did not have what I was looking GMC/Nissan was a very good experience. I stopped in to look for a used midsize truck and at that initial visit they did not have what I was looking for in my price range and style. Within 3-4 days I was contacted to come in and see a trade they just received in which I did and subsequently purchased the truck. It was good to see how much emphasis they placed on the "Safety Check" and then continued to repair what they felt was deficient. After this first experience in working with Chris and Gates I would certainly consider returning and also telling others of my good experience. Thank you all. More

Communication through out the whole prosses was not up to the level a five star dealership should be! The whole process from the quote to delivery of the vehicle was full of miss communication. The quote th the level a five star dealership should be! The whole process from the quote to delivery of the vehicle was full of miss communication. The quote that was sent to me was different from the contract that was full of extra add on that drove the price up. The contract had to be rewritten twice because of it. At delivery the truck had blemishes that where overlooked and once brought to the attention of the sales man JP where never followed through. I had to made phone call after phone call to find out what was going on. Never once did they follow up on the problems that I had during delivery.. I had to go to another dealer to get things handled in a professional manner. This is not the first vehicle that I have purchased there but it will be the last one from this dealership. And I will not recommend this place to anyone. As far as I'm concerned once I signed the paperwork they where onto the next customer with no regard of keeping a customer happy after the sale. More
