The way car buying should be Chris at Klaben Ford was recommended to me from a friend who had recently bought a new vehicle from him. Although Klaben is about 30 minutes from my home, we drove down on a Thursday and met with Chris. He was helpful in showing us what 2016 Explorers they had on site, allowed us to test drive one, and said he would look for the color and other options we liked, since they didn't have the exact one at their location. Two days later, he followed up and told us they were getting two in that fit our criteria. I drove down on Monday, had my trade-in appraised, and talked cost. Everything was very relaxed and comfortable, with no high-pressure sales tactics. Finally, came back on Wednesday, almost a week later, and ended up leasing a new 2016 Explorer and being happy with the check we received for our trade-in. Chris even followed up the next day to see if there was anything that we needed help with or if we had any questions. Definitely, the most pleasurable car buying experiences I have had of all five times I have bought a car and worth the drive to Kent, OH. I would highly recommend you visit Chris at Klaben. More
