Consistently great pricing and great experience! The sales manager should look over the vehicles before they are turned over to the customer. The vehicle was dirty even after it was washed. The owner was there and I was getting annoyed with how long the paperwork was taking. The owner had a finance person come from another store and things sped up. The owner and I spoke for about 45 minuses. He impressed me beyond expectations. Rich Klaben is truly an honest good hearted person who was obviously influenced greatly by his father. Certainly will keep me coming back and referring friends as I have. More
