As we got out of the car, Ron happened to be walking around the lot & asked if he could help, I told him I was interested in seeing a Used Outback 2012/2013. I decided it wasn't for me. Ron gave me his card.About a week later, I was looking for a Toyota Rav4 Limited & 1 was at Matt Slap Subaru. We headed over & having liked Ron's approach the 1st time, called him. Ron had it right out front for us. He went with us on a test drive and explained different features and answered all our questions. When we got back, I said I wanted the car. I left that day, in my shiny red 2013 Rav4 Limited! I would Highly Recommend Ron Brzezicki to anyone wanting excellent customer service when buying a car, new or used! His knowledge & customer service can't be beat! More

I hate the car buying experience, but Mark Fox and Matt Slap changed that experience forever. From the moment my wife and I entered the dealership the salesman or should i say super salesman Mark Fox made us feel like one of the family. He was patient, knowledgeable thorough, what can I say he was fantastic. I was leaning toward another car and dealership, but the way Mark and Matt Slap handled it, there was no question, we were going to buy our car here. It was our 3rd purchase of a Subaru at Matt Slap. We are sold we are lifelong customers. I have done nothing, but sing the praises of Mark and Matt Slap. No pressure just excellent attention and respect for the customer. Short story- dealing with a possible engine oil Have to say Matt Slap Subaru came through for us, definitely keeping our family safe and on the road! Short story- dealing with a possible engine oil consumption issue with our 2015 Outback. Went through months of tests, replacing oil sensing unit. I drive a lot; 3 year old car with 89,800 miles, facing a serious engine rebuild or replacement. Outcome- Matt Slap wanted to keep our business, offered a 2019 for a few dollars more/month same package W/upgrade turning in my 2015. Matt Slap is an awesome place to do business as they always treat us like family! Kudos Matt Slap! You provided true customer service which will go far! Thank you 😊!!’ LJW More
