Nate Hale and the rest of the service department is top notch compared to other dodge dealer services. I would continue to go ther to get my charger, ram and jeep serviced. I wish I could say the sam notch compared to other dodge dealer services. I would continue to go ther to get my charger, ram and jeep serviced. I wish I could say the same for the sales department. I would rather go to another dodge dealer to buy my vehicle, and get it serviced at Mt. Ephraim. Sales department seems they don't want to negotiate and their first set of numbers is always the final number. So I avoid the sales department because of their hard pricing stance and sales practices of everything being a "last call, they aren't making any more". Because customers can come back an buy other types of vehicles. More

I was told I needed a new engine block with bad pitting going on. 49k, well serviced and maintained Durango? What? I needed to think, took it to another shop, they fixed bad coil in cylinder#3 for $330. going on. 49k, well serviced and maintained Durango? What? I needed to think, took it to another shop, they fixed bad coil in cylinder#3 for $330. I know I did not trust this deal service department. I was later told a junior trainee worked on it. Was I played into getting a new engine, or forced to shop around in the lot, I think not. Go to a trusted mechanic if your engine light is on. They can work Magic. More
