Replace tires Awesome. They had my best interest at heart. I was Valued and was important. I always have my service done here. Chris was awesome doing research to g Awesome. I had a bliow out with a tire, she was very understanding with my situation. I had to replace all 4 tires due to the worn tread which was unexpected. She provided options so I was able to pick what was best for me. More

No problem with my last visit which was a recall. Would never buy a car from your dealership because of very bad experiences with your service department in the past. In addition to having no respect for the customer they are downright dishonest. If the service department can't be trusted how in Gods holy name could anyone ever trust the sales department???? More

Just needed an oil change and tire rotation. i Contacted other ford dealer and attempted to make an oil change reservation. I was told they don’t do oil change appointments but just to show up.. i Contacted other ford dealer and attempted to make an oil change reservation. I was told they don’t do oil change appointments but just to show up.. I showed up and had to park 3 cars back and attempt to get someone in shops attention to tell me it would be about three hours... I then walked back to my car and called North country Ford. They told me I could do an appointment for later that day (7 pm)... I drove in and immediately pulled in and was met at my car by person who promptly took my info and had me taken care of... the other person at the desk even remembered taking my appointment. I felt like I was the pope. I then had a seat and within half hour I was all set and out the door... GREAT experience.. I will be coming back here for all my ford repairs / service. More
