It’s clear from your comments that what began as a positive experience took a disappointing turn and I take full responsibility for that. My intention is always to provide clear and helpful information about all available options, including protection plans. That said, it’s never acceptable for a customer to feel pressured, dismissed, or uncomfortable in any way and I’m truly sorry that our conversation cause you to feel all of those. I regret that our interaction left such a negative impression, especially after you had such a great experience with Anthony and were excited about your new 4Runner. The last thing I would ever want is for a customer to leave feeling unwelcome or disrespected, and I’m deeply sorry that you walked away feeling that way. I appreciate your honesty! It gives me the opportunity to reflect and improve how I approach these conversations in the future. Thank you again for your business, and I genuinely hope you’ll reconsider giving Ed Martin another chance in the future.
