Lots of cars later, I have only one other time where I genuinely felt valued -- until now. Tucson Subaru wants to be in business 40 years from now and it shows. Everything is done with an eye toward making loyalty. The dealership won't have the "most add-on sales," or win any awards for additional accessories ordered, but it will have people returning again and again when it comes time to purchase another car for themselves or their children. More

A very pleasant "No Hassle" car buying experience. My wife and I have owned Subaru's in the past and have had good experiences with those cars. But my current car was 13 years old and so it was time to make a purchase. Chris Smith at Tucson Subaru was extremely professional, not pushy at all and answered all my questions. He let me check out the car so I could show my wife at work and we came back down with it and completed the transaction seamlessly. Being in sales myself I can definitely recognize the signs of a good sales person, one who let's you come to your own decisions based on information without overselling. Our finance person at Tucson Subaru did a very nice job as well. I love the car and am delighted with the experience. More
