In the past couple years, I have visited several dealerships and test drove several cars. I have had the best experiences with Tucson Subaru and would highly recommend them. I never felt there was high pressure...maybe because their cars sell themselves. Curt and Chris were both incredibly helpful, friendly, and a pleasure to work with before, during, and after the transaction. Louie explained all of the financial details thoroughly and also was friendly. I'm glad Subaru makes such great vehicles, but even if they didn't, I be tempted to buy from Tucson Subaru because of the friendly, low pressure, trustworthy , and knowledgeable employees! A+ in my opinion! More

A spectacular buying experience! I contacted Tucson Subaru through the internet about purchasing a specific model Subaru that was available. Chris Smith - internet sales- contacted me and guided me through the purchase process. He was very responsive. When I couldn't reach him, I initiated instant chat on line and that person either contacted Chris for me or found the information I wanted. I drove down from Phoenix and arrived at 7 PM . Even though they closed at 8 pm, both Chris Smith and Tim Hanson stayed late to help me purchase my Outback and they were so nice, and pleasant. The price on the desired vehicle and what I got for my trade in was very fair, based on the research I had done prior to going in. I was very pleased. The dealership building is new and spectacular - the nicest I have ever seen. Even had a special place for kids to play and dog food and water for my canine kids! I had one of my dogs with me and he had the run of the place - putting a smile and everyone's face - and he was so welcomed! I couldn't believe it! What a wonderful experience!!!!! I hated to leave and only wish I lived close enough to have my new vehicle serviced there! They even gave me flowers! I will only deal with Tucson Subaru when I purchase a car in the future. I've even encouraged my brothers from Salt Lake City and Las Vegas to make the trip when they purchase their next Subaru! (We are a Subaru family!) More

I made a couple of changes and Chris always accommodated me immediately. He also was so supportive and patient as I chose my options for my new Subaru Outback 2.5i limited, which I love, love, love! He was very helpful, and there was no sales pressure whatsoever. We asked about a few used vehicles, and he gave us a very thorough explanation of the features of each model. We test drove all three and ended up very satisfied with the sales process. We also worked with Traci Roberts in the finance department. She was very helpful and clear when explaining our options for an extended warranty. She was also very clear when outlining the paperwork process. Overall, this has been an excellent experience. I would highly recommend Tucson Subaru. More

Our 2nd Forester and not the last! We have fallen in love with Subaru Foresters...and this is the second one we purchased from Tucson Subaru. These guys are GREAT...easy to deal with... We have fallen in love with Subaru Foresters...and this is the second one we purchased from Tucson Subaru.
