He was very helpful, and there was no sales pressure whatsoever. We asked about a few used vehicles, and he gave us a very thorough explanation of the features of each model. We test drove all three and ended up very satisfied with the sales process. We also worked with Traci Roberts in the finance department. She was very helpful and clear when explaining our options for an extended warranty. She was also very clear when outlining the paperwork process. Overall, this has been an excellent experience. I would highly recommend Tucson Subaru. More

Our 2nd Forester and not the last! We have fallen in love with Subaru Foresters...and this is the second one we purchased from Tucson Subaru. These guys are GREAT...easy to deal with... Easiest transaction I've ever had-we were done in less than 15 minutes by phone as I lived in NM. Upon arrival and seeing my beautiful car polished and waiting for me, I literally cried. Chris ensured that no extras were placed on the car until I arrived and decided at that time which was much appreciated. Tim was fantastic in finance and had me out the door within the hour. I thought I'd died and gone to heaven when I sat in the car. Chris walked me through the navigation system and synced my phone before I left the lot which was so helpful finding my way around Tucson and to get back home. Both were friendly, professional, personal and made this the ultimate experience for me.
