It was easy, everything was ready. I was given a tour of the facility. One of the technical employees helped me set up the car. My salesman was great. 2014 focus I was looking at a 2014 focus to get back and forth to work. I contacted Chris and he had the car ready for a test drive when I arrive. After the driv I was looking at a 2014 focus to get back and forth to work. I contacted Chris and he had the car ready for a test drive when I arrive. After the drive he came up with a price that work for me and I picked up the car a few days later. The process was smooth and my experience was great. This is the second car I have bought from him.
