I took my car in to get an oil change and my service advisor was Chris Vecchi. He was nothing short of AWESOME! From the moment I walked in he was super informative and got me in and out of there fast ( advisor was Chris Vecchi. He was nothing short of AWESOME! Christopher Vecchi was outstanding! He understood my concerns and explained everything in detail. Chris kept me informed of the progress of the repairs and delivered the vehicle on time He understood my concerns and explained everything in detail. Chris kept me informed of the progress of the repairs and delivered the vehicle on time and perfect. Highly recommended Gosch Ford in Temecula for service and warranty work. If I could give 10 stars I would. An awesome change from the other dealership I have delt with in the past. I will take my vehicle back to Gosch for all of my service needs. More

I purchased a truck here and immediately had to have it in multiple times in the first few months. The service advisor was horrible a communication. Multiple trips there to resolve issues. Fast forward to in multiple times in the first few months. The service advisor was horrible a communication. Multiple trips there to resolve issues. Fast forward to now, I scheduled a mobile service request for another vehicle and I get a window for my scheduled service between 11:30-6pm worse than the cable company time frame. No big deal I’ll stay home. Then get a text your arrive will be at 12:30. Great! Well 12:30 comes a goes. I give it time, things happen. Well at 4;45 I call to find out what is going on. gosch tells me I don’t have an appointment. I read off the texts that I received and ask how is it possible your “system” is sending text but you don’t see. I spoke to the service director, she was nice and explained that the system is new and they are still learning it. She offered to help and get the vehicle in tomorrow. Unfortunately, I’m taking the vehicle out of town and the purpose was to have it serviced before I left. Unfortunately this dealership has a poor track record of communicating with its customers. I will never purchase a vehicle from them again nor, have any of my vehicles serviced with them. Such a shame that companies like this care so little about our time. More
