Hi Rachelle, After having been in your office this morning (03.11.26) with Chris and then feeling dismissed by you without even a discussion that transpired, I have doubts about the sincerity of you wanting details and addressing my concerns. I was there for over an hour and saw you twice as you passed by me. My faith in Gosch Ford is completely shattered. I just want my truck fixed and returned to me ASAP. This has dragged on for over a week now (yes, I got to drive it for a while), but it is still not completely right. Chris Vecchi is a great service advisor and it's too bad he has to run interference for the service department. Bottom line with the "Whole Story" is the service department (Chris excluded) has failed me as a customer.
