During my previous visit you all had my vehicle for a week longer than you told me you would and I could not get my service rep to return my call. At that point I called you directly twice and left two messages. You never returned my call and my vehicle stayed there with no response from anyone for three days. I was patient and didn’t complain but after this last visit my frustration was at its peak. You called me within 5 minutes of leaving a review and when you couldn’t get hold of me tried to call my wife. I wish you would have been that responsive when my vehicle was in your care.
