Went in to get service and car road ready for Thanksgiving giving trip to Alabama! After $262.00 "service" I noticed my right side engine splash guard missing! I called Beaver to let them know the situation and two people, Mike ,a sales manager (because everyone else was gone home) and Gage the service writer! They both told me to bring the car back and they will take care of it! Took it back the following Saturday and they would not fix it, claiming it came in like that! Im not going to write a book but I had dealt with Beaver for over 5 years but that has come to an end! More
