I came from another dealership that I had major issues with their service department. Chris called me after reaching out and was extremely helpful! We scheduled a date and time. They said they couldnt g with their service department. Chris called me after reaching out and was extremely helpful! We scheduled a date and time. They said they couldnt get the car to do what I was saying it was doing however they did a flush on the transmission because he told me moisture cab buildup. This is the third time this has had to be done since I owned the car. No one can explain out moisture gets into the transmission as this should NOT be normal and if it can get into my transmission that means it can get into my engine. Again no one can explain this or keep it from happening. Chris was helpful but my faith in get any service department to correct this issue is slim. More

When I took my vehicle for service, Brad went above and beyond to help us. It was the 3rd time that we had to return for service but Brad took great care of us.
