When I took my vehicle for service, Brad went above and beyond to help us. It was the 3rd time that we had to return for service but Brad took great care of us. Beaver is by far the worst dealership when it comes to the service department. This is the second Chevrolet I have owned and I vow to never buy another one of their cars again. They have given me the run the service department. This is the second Chevrolet I have owned and I vow to never buy another one of their cars again. They have given me the run around to fixing an ongoing issue that clearly involves my transmission for the last year. I brought the vehicle in 3 times since November 2022 regarding the same issue. I bought the car brand new off the lot and to date I have only about 40k miles and have had 2 major issues with the vehicle since then. It’s clear that they are waiting on the power train warranty to expire in hopes of mysteriously finding the issue after 60k miles so that the warranty is no longer valid. I highly encourage you to shop elsewhere or get something other than a Chevrolet. More

Back seatbelt failed. Dealer wants $400 to fix unless the part is broken and if it is, it would be more. Had an appointment to look at a used truck. Drove 45 mins there just to have to stand around and wait. When helped salesman couldn't find the truck. When salesmen talked to the mangers they didn't care and stated doesn't matter someone is coming tomorrow to buy look and purchase. More
