My routine maintenance I have no issue with and everyone was very professional, but I did have an issue I wanted reviewed and when I checked out was told there was no issue but when I reviewed the detailed was very professional, but I did have an issue I wanted reviewed and when I checked out was told there was no issue but when I reviewed the detailed receipt of what was done it clearly showed the issue at hand, yet no recommendations to have the issue addressed. I am guessing the car is safe as no one spoke to me about this? More

Stacy was excellent. Proactively reached out, gave updates, sent pictures and most importantly responded to every form of communication. I do called, I got a call back. If I texted, I got a text back with minutes if not right away. He tracked down the adjuster when they became non responsive to me and got answers. Getting hit by someone and then almost ignored by the adjuster was quite frustrating and Stacy took care of things and made it easy. I am very appreciative of having him as my rep. More
