The entire staff was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. We had the pleasure of working with Robert Thomas, aka P’Nut, and the sales manager Chris Zepiora. Their honest, pressure-free salesmanship was unbelievable! They have great prices and excellent trade-in deals. They made sure we were comfortable and offered us snacks and drinks. They even have a cooler stocked with Klondike bars! We also enjoyed our SRT chat with Jeff Christman and man, does he know his cars! We breezed right through the finance department with the expertise of Brad Gingrich who offered but did not pressure us into purchasing the “extras”. Best Deal around on a Jeep!!! Outstanding customer service. I got prices from dealers within a 50 mile radius of Reading, and Savage 61 was by far the best price on the Jeep Compass that I leased. Chris Zepiora went out of his way to make the deal happen by finding us the exact Compass that we wanted from another dealership. Our salesman Luis Grullon led us through the process and was very knowledgeable about his product, and maintained a very low key approach so we didn't feel the typical car salesman pressure.
