Both Chris and Vanessa were helpful when my son was stranded with a dead battery. Their Tech, Alexander, come to us and replaced it. What could have been several hours of headache turned into a 2-3 h stranded with a dead battery. Their Tech, Alexander, come to us and replaced it. I can't say enough about the Littleton Acura Service Center. Chris, Vanessa, and Alexander all helped when I needed assistance. I just had the vehicle serviced and the battery died 4 days later. I was apprehensive about coming in due to a previous experience that forced me to sell a vehicle because the problem could not be corrected under warranty. Hearing a vehicle with 50k miles on it could n experience that forced me to sell a vehicle because the problem could not be corrected under warranty. Hearing a vehicle with 50k miles on it could not be fixed stained my view of Acura as a whole for many years. Chris and Alicia have satisfied that concern by going above and beyond to make sure my current vehicle was taken care of. Although I do no agree with why my vehicle needed the repair that it did, I am happy to report it is now functioning as it should. More
