I withdraw my prior review of this dealership today LARGELY due to the horrible gross disregard and disrespect of Cris Barreto, Salesman and Yupe, Toyota's so called Customer Service Relations Mgr on Monday, December 26, 2022.
Exactly just 1 day after Christmas and days before my 30 days/1000 miles expire!!
I was led and now clearly deceived to believe by Cris B. that my Oxygen Airflow Sensor HO2S/Bank 1 had been serviced 4 hours prior to my decision to purchase my 2016 Colorado Truck on November 29, 2022.
On December 23, 2022 check engine sensor came on so brung to them/him because was told by Chevy dealer it was the same sensor Toyota claim to have serviced/replaced, etc but clearly did not and need them to service like was told they had!!
Cris and Yupe did everything WRONG and DID NOT support me, DID NOT Act In Good Faith, Was Ruthless and Unethical buisness behaved men toward me now that I paid Toyota $24, 000 CASH for truck less than 20 days prior!! Neither was interested in building good fair honest reasonable future relations with me for my purchase rather just treated me coldy like yesterday's trash!!
I sent diagnostic test pic to Cris via text as he asked as sensor had gone off on my way there so showed him and Yupe both my pic from Friday, December 23, 2022 which shows sensor was clearly on and until I arrived in warmer climate 12/26/22!!
Still no reply or call or decent customer support from either of them to honor work and do good faith practice under Lemon Laws and standard professional practice being a Toyota Dealer brand!!
Got my specific estimate today along with diagnostic test done+ pic sent Monday December 26 to Cris cell phone from a TRUSTED BONAFIDE AUTOTECH mechanic@ Rancho Cucamonga....
So BUYER'S BEWARE when you shop here deal with them and their product..Whether it's a Toyota car/truck or NOT they only out to get your money then treat you horribly as if you didnt just pay them to feed their families and be half way decent towards you as a valued customer who did what was right and only ask for service that was fair and expected prior to closing sale 11/29/22.....
I am very HAPPY with my Chevy Colorado!! I will gladly now take my buisness to CHEVY or private mechanic in Rancho as stated earlier!!
And as a Toyota owner of 2 cars for 12 yrs...I will continue my GOOD QUALITY SERVICE & RESPECTFUL CUSTOMER relations with Crown Lexus@ Ontario Auto Center !!
