I would prefer to give a 0 rating. I drove from Orlando to Tampa for an internet deal. Deal was mostly worked out over the phone. Several phones calls! Internet price was $40k. Vehicle drove nice a few minor issues cosmetically, but it is a 2 year old vehicle. When we went inside to work on the deal, we found that they weren't selling the car for the internet price they were in fact selling it for $55k. This is a used car with 51,000 miles on it. Brand new Sienna platinum level aren't even selling for that. At that point I was done because they lied. The 3rd sales rep that was brought in even tried to tell me not to look at the final price. Why wouldnt I look at the final price that is what I am stuck paying. I dont know if they think they can fool people into paying brand new car prices on a used car. And the warranty that they list aren't even included you're paying extra for all of them. Look at the fineprint. I wouldnt be able to even use it as I am in Orlando. I will never refer anyone to this dealership. We got up early for this deal and arrived after 830 and didnt leave until 1230. 3 Sales\Finance reps and NO DEAL. More

In top of that this dealer charge for every little thing Worse Dealer ever, rude Personal, Here they don't sell a car they want sells a Fraudulent warranty for $7000 that you never will take advantage of. No one at Toyota takes responsibility for their mistakes even though one of them admitted that I am being charged for insurance that I did not apply for.
