I have an EV that had a recall and I live in Kodiak. I had to travel to Anchorage on the ferry and could only make it on a Saturday. There seems to be a communication issue between the service center & the parts department. I made the initial appointment for recall work 2+ weeks out, but the work couldn't be completed due to no part service center & the parts department. I waited a couple weeks to hear from someone that the parts were in, but no one called. So I called to find out where things stood. After a few back & forth I found out the parts had come in the next day... no one called me... & there hadn't been communication between the 2 departments. Christian was excellent about keeping me up to date on progress. The overall work was good. More
