I gave a favorable review initially based on statements by Kopeck to correct the issues of the assist steps not being installed and a 2nd key fob not avaiable at delivery. I have text a couple of times and response is basiclly checking. It has been nearly a week with no timeline for a resolution to this issue. So far disappointed in customer service sfter the sale.
