My girlfriend and I were looking for a small SUV, This was the first time we have purchased from Infiniti of Naperville, but most likely not the last. My girlfriend and I were looking for a small SUV, and after seeing all that was out there she was set on the QX30. Infiniti of Naperville was not the only dealership we visited while looking, but it was the last for good reason - we were treated very well from start to finish. Upon initially working with Christian Lynch via the internet Doug Belgio was our sales rep, Dallas Carlson took care of Vehicle Orientation and Paul Kay handled the paperwork. He professionally answered my questions and took the time to explain the differences that a newer model car can have. Paul Kay in finance clearly explained all the ins and outs of the loan. Never once did I feel pressured. I can offer only the highest praise for this dealership and these people. You can bet I will be coming back here for my next purchase. More

They were very polite and offered services, but immediately backed off when I said I wasn't interested.
