Cannot say enough great things about Lake Ford. I was looking to move quickly to get a new truck and was doing it from another state and trying to purchase a 2022 F150 Tremor. Nate was top-tier I was looking to move quickly to get a new truck and was doing it from another state and trying to purchase a 2022 F150 Tremor. Nate was top-tier from top to bottom and start to finish. He followed up on my online inquiry on a Saturday, jumped right on the task and even took a follow up call from me on his lunch break. He answered all of my questions, gave me a video of the truck because I could not make it to the lot. When I decided to go forward he was able to get everything set up with financing, deposits, insurance etc and had everything tee’d up. It was turned and closed in under five hours. On a Saturday having just taken my call that morning. That is hard enough to do when the buyer is right in front of you, let alone on the other side of Lake Michigan like I was at the time. Not once did I feel pressured or that I couldn’t ask questions. But most importantly, he did all of this with an exceptionally high level of courtesy, promptness, and overall customer service. Cannot say enough good things about Nate and Lake Ford of Milwaukee. They will take good care of you! More
