Both Michael and Ryan(who I worked with last time) were incredibly responsive and helpful. We paid cash for both cars, which expedited the process, but the whole process was quick and easy. With the latest purchase, we were able to sign all the paperwork remotely. That was unbelievably helpful. Last and probably the most important- both vehicles were used, but serviced to a level I have never experienced. New tires, new suspension, brakes, wheel bearings... I was shocked. The 2 cars had 120k and 83k miles respectively, and they drive like brand new. Then, there's the price- unbelievable value and excellent trade-in value also. I can't say enough. Only negative, was that the last vehicle only came with one key. But, that's not a huge deal. Thanks! More
